Full Day Cruise on Isla Mauritia

In the morning, Cathay Tours will organise transport from your hotel to a landing stage in Grand Bay, from where a small boat will take you to Isla Mauritia, a historic sailing yacht built in 1852 on which you will embark. Destination at "Anse aux Filaos", a secluded bay on the North West coast, where the yacht will cast anchor. Enjoy lazing on the fine sandy beach and swimming in the crystal-clear water. In this unique setting, a typical Mauritian lunch will be served while enjoying and discovering the "sega", a folkloric local song, performed by members of the crew. Sail back in the afternoon, with coffee served on deck. Back to hotel at about 5.30 /6.30 pm
